Things you will need to do

  1. Set the Pace.

    You need to be doing above the average sales expectations.

  2. Lead by Example.

    Be in on time, organised, dressed and presented sharp, how you treat people.

  3. High Quality Sales.

    Make sure your team sees you do high quality sales so they will do high quality sales.

  4. Always have a sense of urgency.

    Sense of urgency to start making sales right from the start of the day, sense of urgency to achieve your goals and to hit your targets.

  5. High Standards

    If you don’t have high standards you will build a weak team. This includes dress standards, integrity, time management, sales targets and attitude.

  6. Always Have a Positive Attitude-100% of the Time.

    Never, ever show negatives in front of your team. Negatives go up, positives go down. You’re in control of your attitude!

  7. Consistent Work Ethic

    Be the first in and last out. If your team sees you work hard, they will work hard. Extra mile as much as you can, make those extra sales calls.
