Having a gratitude journal is a great way to remind yourself of all the great things in your life. Also when things don’t go as planned it’s a nice reminder to look back on.
Have a mentor or coach.
This is a great way to keep you focused and accountable. Plus if you ever drift off track, you’ll have someone to help you refocus.
Do something FUN
Doing something FUN will create more dopamine which is known as the “feel good” hormone.
Have Goals
To maintain your attitude one of the biggest things you can do is keep your SMART Goals at the front of your focus. Having your goals is a constant reminder of why you need to keep moving forward when you face obstacles.
Flip the negatives.
When something goes wrong or something negative happens instead of paying attention to it, put focus on what three positives are about that situation. This trains your brain to look for positives.
